English Synopsis
Gaspard (Melvil Poupaud) is a student of mathematics with a passion for music and a lot of questions about women and himself. He is on holiday in Dinard, in Brittany, where he has been waiting in vain for Léna (Aurélia Nolin), a young woman who is “more or less” his girlfriend in Rennes, where he lives. He befriends Margot (Amanda Langlet), a graduate in ethnology, with whom he goes for long walks by the sea. One evening, at a club, he meets the beautiful Solène (Gwenaëlle Simon) who almost immediately gets her claws into him. He promises her a romantic trip to the island of Ouessant. That is the moment Léna chooses to appear. Who will the irresolute Gaspard choose: Solène, Léna, or Margot?

Étudiant en mathématiques, passionné de musique et tourmenté de questions sur les femmes et sur lui-même, Gaspard (Melvil Poupaud) est en vacances à Dinard (Bretagne) où il attend, vainement jusque-là, Léna (Aurélia Nolin), une jeune fille qui est « plus ou moins » sa petite amie à Rennes, où il habite. Il se prend d’amitié pour Margot (Amanda Langlet), étudiante en ethnologie, avec qui il fait de longues balades au bord de la mer. Un soir, en discothèque, il rencontre la belle Solène (Gwenaëlle Simon), qui ne tarde pas à mettre le grappin sur lui. Il lui promet un voyage romantique à l’île d’Ouessant. C’est le moment que choisit Léna pour faire son apparition. Qui l’irrésolu Gaspard choisira-t-il : Solène, Léna, ou Margot ?
